History:
The third youngest of Sao Feng's 17 children, Sao Pei was named the heir of Feng's miniature empire he had created for himself on Singapore. Pei was put to training at an extremely young age, just as the other sons were. When the time finally came, marked by Sao Feng's 70th birthday, a contest was held to test the young men both mentally and physically.

While in study, Sao Pei showed no promise of succeeding his father. Often his attention would drift, causing him to retain little to none of his studies. While in combat training, he showed a strong resistance to violence...which usually landed him in a bruised and battered state. However, when he was thrown into the competition, he proved otherwise, even going as far as having killed one of his older brothers when his own life was at stake. He did what he needed to do to survive.

Now, under Sao Feng's guidance, the reluctant heir spends his days tending to his ailing father as well as learning everything he can about his future as a pirate captain and business man. The old Alakazam didn't make the lessons easy, often turning them into riddles and using his cane as an attention grabber when Pei's mind wandered.

Unlike his father, Sao Pei is fairly laid back. Despite his position as heir, he never really wanted the power, and doesn't like the pressure placed upon him. However, when the time comes, he will step up and do what is needed.
